Made from sun-ripened Reine Claude plums, this elegant eau-de-vie captures the delicate sweetness and warmth of the greengage fruit.
Tasting Notes: Double-distilled in traditional copper stills and aged in stainless steel tanks, it reveals rich notes of jammy plum, acacia honey, and soft pastry on the palate. Smooth, rustic, and fruit-forward.
A true taste of summer in Alsace
